I got my start in the e-commerce boom in the early 2000’s as the Internet Marketing Director for a major mail order catalog called Gadget Universe. While there I gained a vast knowledge of direct marketing and data analytics. I used Google AdWords (since its inception), database marketing and affiliate/referral programs to run highly profitable campaigns while I was at Gadget Universe.

Fast forward.. In 2017, I got started in the Med Spa marketing space when a business partner of mine opened Mia La Maven Med Spa in Los Angeles and it wasn’t doing well. He asked me to come into the office a few days a week and use my Digital Marketing background to generate some revenue. Not only did I learn about marketing treatments like Botox, PRP and Laser Hair Removal, I learned about the backend business side of it. This helped me see things from the side of a Med Spa business owner, the cost of goods, payroll, equipment leases and front desk management. In 9 months, I grew Mia La Maven from 36k to 122k a month (and got them off Groupon) by primarily using Google AdWords, social media and text/email marketing.

Realizing what I was on to, I opened Hyper Fuel Media LLC in 2019 and I’ve been solely focused on Med Spa marketing since then.
